Ben Fyffe is “Quality of Life Projects Manager” and is the 24th highest paid employee in the City of El Paso, drawing a salary of $191,445 plus benefits.

He assures us that paying $4.8M for two properties appraised at only $1.6M is okay because the money comes from the 17.5% Hotel Occupancy Tax, as if El Pasoans, their families, or friends never stay in local hotels.
