El Paso Taxpayer Revolt – DURANGUITO PROPERTIES TO BE SOLD TO PRIVATE INVESTORS

18 Duranguito properties within the former “Arena Footprint” will soon be sold to investors who will restore them and put them back into productive use. The aim is to establish restaurants, cafes and other businesses in a neighborhood with history and character.

On Tuesday, under agenda item EX2, City Council voted unanimously to task Interim City Manager Cary Westin with soliciting investors.
