El Paso Taxpayer Revolt – GROSSMAN TELLS COUNTY TO VOTE AGAINST ISSUING $54 MILLION CERTIFICATE OF OBLIGATION, VOTE POSTPONED FOR ONE WEEK

Today the County Commissioners Court was set to vote on posting notice for a $54M certificate of obligation but then postponed the vote for one week after members of the public, including Max Grossman, complained that Judge Samaniego was absent.
