Joe Molinar is definitely the most fiscally responsible leader ever to serve District 4. He has consistently voted in support of the taxpayers and against fiscal waste.
He served honorably in the United States Marine Corps, including on the security detail of President Ronald Reagan, and then for more than two decades in the El Paso Police Department.
