El Paso Taxpayer Revolt – THE EPISD IMPLOSION

Claudia Lorena Silva of El Paso Matters reports that student enrollment in EPISD is at its lowest level since the 1960s.

The district also suffers from a severe budgetary crisis, a hopelessly bloated administration, and competition from charter schools.

In order for EPISD to weather the storm, the Board of Trustees will have to take drastic measures.
