EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — About 1,400 customers are without power in the Horizon City area of East El Paso County on Sunday night, Feb. 23, according to El Paso Electric’s power outage map.

The outage map estimates that power will be restored at about 8:15 p.m.

El Paso Electric said the outage is related to a motor-vehicle crash. Crews are “trouble-shooting” the outage and working as quickly and safely as possible to restore power, El Paso Electric said.
