EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — One person is dead after a shooting in far East El Paso early Saturday morning, July 20, the El Paso Police said.
Just before 4 a.m., police responded to a call of multiple gunshots that were heard in the area of 4101 Rich Beem Blvd. at the Gonzalez Park Apartments, they said.
When officers arrived, they found one person had been fatally wounded in the parking lot, they said.
Crimes Against Persons and the Criminalists Unit both responded to assist in the investigation.
Police say this is an active investigation that is in its early stages.
