EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — One person was seriously hurt in a crash involving a pedestrian and a vehicle in the Lower Valley on Saturday morning, Nov. 16, a Fire Department spokesman said.

The crash happened just before 11 a.m. Saturday at North Zaragoza and Betel. One person was transported Code 3 (serious injuries).
