EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — One person was seriously hurt in a crash involving a pedestrian and a vehicle on Sunday afternoon, Nov. 17 in South-Central El Paso, El Paso Fire dispatch said.
The crash happened shortly after 3 p.m. at San Marcial and Delta. That is near the Chamizal National Memorial. One person was transported Code 3 (serious injuries), dispatch said.
This was the third motor vehicle crash involving pedestrians this weekend in El Paso. Two pedestrians were killed early Saturday morning along Interstate 10 West at the Downtown exit in an apparent hit-and-run.
Later on Saturday morning, one person was seriously hurt in a crash involving a pedestrian at North Zaragoza and Betel.
