EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Three people were injured and taken to a local hospital for treatment after a two-vehicle crash in East El Paso County on Saturday afternoon, June 8, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office said.
The crash happened at about 1 p.m. along the 2500 block of South Darrington Road. The Sheriff’s Office described the injuries as minor, but three people were taken to the hospital for their injuries.
Because of the crash, part of South Darrington from Vista Largo to Gateway West is closed to traffic, the Sheriff’s Office said.
Motorists are asked to seek alternative routes. The road is expected to be closed for about two hours, the Sheriff’s Office said.
