EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – Three teens were arrested for deadly conduct Wednesday, March 21 after shots were fired in the direction of a residence in Socorro, according to the Socorro Police Department.
The Socorro Police says that about 7:03 p.m. officers were dispatched to the area of Apodaca Rd. and Trejo Rd. in reference to shots being fired in the direction of a residence.
Officers arrived at the scene and observed three males subjects running away from the area, according to the Socorro Police.
The Socorro Police says Derek Xavier Gonzalez, Dante Puertas and Edmundo Justin Vizcaya, all 17 years of age, were located in a nearby residence and arrested for deadly conduct.
The teens were booked into the County Jail. Gonzalez faces a $50,000 bond, Puertas faces a $25,000 bond and Vizcaya faces a $30,000 bond.
