EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Four men are running for mayor in the Town of Anthony, Texas in the election on Saturday, May 3.
Incumbent Mayor Anthony Turner is running against three challengers — former mayors Martin Lerma and Benjamin Romero and business owner Rick Villarreal.
Turner was elected in 2023. What is new this year, they are running for a four-year term, which is the new term length under the new town charter.
Polls close at 7 p.m. on Saturday.
There will be no runoff; the winner will be whoever gets the most votes.
