EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The Town of Anthony, Texas, will kick off its holiday season with its annual Christmas parade and tree lighting ceremony at 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6.
The parade starts at the 800 block of Wildcat Drive in Anthony and ends at Cpl. Enrique Miramontes Park, at the intersection of Antonio and Richard White Drive.
The parade is expected to last about 90 minutes.
After the parade, attendees can enjoy a Christmas lights diplay and a visit from Santa who will hand out gifts to the first 100 kids.
Other event highlights include free pizza and bottled water and live music by the Mazter 4 Band.
The event is being put on by the Town of Anthony, the Anthony, Texas, Police Department and the West Valley Fire Department.
