I bowl with a wonderful gentleman named Jose Perez, or Big Time Joe as he is nicknamed. He was born… are you ready for this?… November 9, 1929. No, I did not type that incorrectly. He’s 96 and still bowls three great games in a row. Happy Birthday, Joe, and may God bless you with many more.

We had a very light SE breeze much of the night last night that kept us at 41 at the airport Monday morning. That breeze is gone tonight, so we shall drop to 39 at the airport, 34 in the valley. The winds shift direction and come from the SW on Tuesday, so we shall be very close to 80. Here’s your exclusive 9-Hour Forecast for Tuesday with your 9-Day Forecast below.

TONIGHT: The skies will be clear, and the winds will be calm to 10 mph out of the SE. This will mean another cold night with a low of 39 at the airport, 34 in the valley.
FORECAST: Tuesday is Veterans Day and will be sunny and even warmer with a high of 79. The SW winds will range from 5-20 mph, a bit breezy on the eastern slopes of the mountains. Wednesday will be sunny with a high of 80. The SW winds will range from 5-15 mph. Thursday will be mostly sunny and 80 and light winds. Friday will be partly cloudy with warm, gusty winds by the afternoon. The SW winds will pick up and gust near 45 mph, which could cause a slight dusty haze. Friday’s high will be 82, but these strong winds will turn cold on Saturday as a cold front sweeps through. Saturday will be mostly cloudy to overcast and windy with a high of 59. The chilly west winds will gust near 50 mph, and we’ll have a chance of rain showers for a very “winter-like” day. Sunday will still be windy with NW winds at 10-45 mph. Skies will be partly cloudy, and the high will be 62.
