KTSM News – Blue Origin schedules launch for Sunday from West Texas

Posted on June 28, 2025

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Space technology company Blue Origin has scheduled its next human mission on New Shepard for Sunday, June 29.

Last week, the crewed launch had to be scrubbed twice because of windy weather at its Launch Site One outside of Van Horn.

The launch window is scheduled to open at 7:30 a.m. Mountain Daylight Time on Sunday. Webcast will begin 30 minutes before liftoff. You can watch by clicking here.

Blue Origin said it will be keeping an eye on precipitation and clouds on Sunday.

This is scheduled to be the 13th human flight for the New Shepard program and 33rd in its history.
