KTSM News – Blue Origins schedules human flight for Monday from West Texas

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Blue Origin has scheduled its seventh human flight and liftoff is scheduled for Monday, May 19 from the Jeff Bezos-owned company’s Launch Site One in West Texas, about 30 miles north of Van Horn.

The launch window opens at 7:30 a.m. Mountain Time. A webcast is scheduled to start at T-40 at BlueOrigin.com.

Blue Origins has had six previous human flights for its New Shepard program and this is the 25th flight in the company’s history. So far, Blue Origins has flow 31 people above the Karman line, which some people view as the boundary line into space.
