EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A Border Patrol agent was injured and needed to be hospitalized after an ATV crash early Friday morning, March 28 in Santa Teresa, New Mexico, Customs and Border Protection said in a short emailed statement.
The crash happened at about 1 a.m. Friday. CBP called it a “single vehicle ATV accident.” They did not say how badly hurt the agent was or exactly where it happened.
“The family is requesting that their privacy be respected,” CBP added in its statement.
