EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 2-year-old child was struck and killed in the driveway of the family home in Horizon City on Sunday night, July 7, the Horizon City Mayor’s Office confirmed to KTSM.
The incident happened along the 14200 block of Desert Shadow Drive.
