EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – A child was taken to a local hospital in critical condition (Code 3) Thursday evening, July 18 after a near drowning in East El Paso, a spokesperson with the El Paso Fire Department said.
EPFD said the incident was reported around 8 p.m. at 2112 Home Show Lane.
