Wow! We’re 36 days away from Halloween, and the high today is 93! That’s 7 degrees above normal, and the record is 98 set in 2020. As you may know, I have dressed my whole family up for Halloween every year since 2009. Below are our costumes from 2016, which cost almost nothing, by the way. (It’s mainly sheets and red fabric.) Part of the fun of Fall is cooling down, but as you can see by the forecast below, that really won’t be happening much over the next 9 days.
TONIGHT: The skies will be clear, and the winds be a bit breezy to windy early in the evening. The SE winds will range from 10-25 mph with stronger gusts on the west slopes. Slowly the winds will die down, and the low will drop to 65.
