EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The El Paso County Commissioners Court will hold a special capital planning workshop on Tuesday, July 9.
The meeting will be held starting at 9 a.m. Tuesday at the County Courthouse, 500 E. San Antonio, Room 303.
There is just one item on Tuesday’s agenda:
“Discuss and take appropriate action regarding the development of the FY2024 Multiyear
Capital Plan for El Paso County, including: project selections, performance objectives
and outcomes, performance management, operational management, corresponding
financial planning related to capital investments and operational needs, and general
capital direction.”
The County says it has held 24 public meetings throughout El Paso County and held 20 pop-up presentations to civic groups and committees about its Multiyear Capital Plan. The Bond Advisory Committee, a citizen-led committee, has also had nine meetings.
During Tuesday’s meeting, County staff will present an update on capital projects being considered and what are being recommending at this time.
