EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – A crash resulted in serious injuries on Saturday evening, April 26, in the Montana Vista area, El Paso County Sheriff’s Office (EPCSO) said.
EPCSO said that shortly before 11:30 p.m. on Saturday, deputies responded to a motor vehicle crash with serious injuries at the intersection of Montana Avenue and Flager Street.
The Special Traffic Investigations unit was called to the scene and took over the investigation, EPCSO said.
EPCSO said the preliminary investigation revealed that a white Honda SUV was traveling westbound at the 13900 block of Montana Avenue when a black Honda passenger vehicle, which was traveling eastbound, attempted a left turn north onto Flager Street and failed to yield the right way, causing the vehicles to crash.
All occupants involved in the crash were taken to a local hospital with injuries ranging from minor to serious, EPCSO said. The Sheriff’s Office did not specify how many people were hurt.
This is a developing story and we will update once we learn more.
