KTSM News – Crash closes all lanes on North Loop in Socorro

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — All lanes on FM-76/North Loop East and West in far East El Paso County are closed due to a crash that happened Wednesday night, Aug. 13, according to the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT).

Shortly after 11 p.m. on Aug. 13, TxDOT sent a notice of all lanes on North Loop East and West at Sunhaven are closed.

Additionally, TxDOT said clearing time is until further notice.

On the Socorro Fire Department’s social media at roughly 10 p.m., the intersection of North Loop at Liahona is closed as well due to the “serious” vehicle crash.

Socorro Fire did not report how many vehicles were involved or any injuries.
