KTSM News – Crash involving pedestrian closes I-10 East at Downtown

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — El Paso Police are on the scene of a crash involving a vehicle and a pedestrian along Interstate 10 East in Downtown El Paso on Saturday evening, Dec. 18.

The crash happened just after 6:15 p.m. Saturday along Interstate 10 East at the Downtown exit, police said.

Police have not released any details about injuries or what led up to the crash.

TxDOT says I-10 East is closed at Santa Fe at Mile Marker 19 because of the crash. All eastbound lanes are closed. Backup is reported to Schuster. Clearing time is until further notice.
