EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A crash involving an El Paso Police Department vehicle is impacting traffic at a busy East El Paso intersection.
The crash happened at about 12:45 p.m. at the intersection of Vista Del Sol and Lee Trevino.
No major injuries were reported. However, the Police Department’s Special Traffic Investigations Unit is on the scene to investigate the incident since the crash involved an police unit.
Motorists are told to expect closures near the intersection — eastbound traffic on Vista Del Sol is being diverted before Lee Trevino and southbound traffic on Lee Trevino is being diverted at La Quinta.
