EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A crash involving a semitruck and another vehicle has shut down part of Interstate 10 West in East El Paso because of a spill, El Paso Police said.
The crash happened just before 3 a.m. at Interstate 10 West at Mile Marker 32 (Zaragoza) and involved a spill, police said. I-10 West is shut down from George Dieter to Lee Trevino, police said.
Fire dispatch said at least three people were transported with minor injuries (Code 1). Dispatch also said Hazmat crews are on scene cleaning up what is believed to be fuel.
Texas Department of Transportation reports that clearing time is until further notice.
