EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A crash during rush hour has shut down four lanes of traffic on Interstate 10 East near Downtown, the Texas Department of Transportation says.
The right four lanes are closed because of the crash and backup is reported to Brown. Clearing time is estimated to take an hour.
