EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A crash has closed all lanes on I-10 East and West at Mesa after power lines were affected in the area, according to El Paso Police.
Police say the crash happened at a construction zone near Mesa, and fiber optic utility lines are down.
TxDOT El Paso says traffic is backed up in both directions, which will only get worse. Clearing time is until further notice.
Police are asking motorists to avoid the area and find an alternative route.
