EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Motorists using New Mexico Highway 225 can expect some delays this week.
The New Mexico Department of Transportation announced that repairs to a culvert pipe along the highway, also known as Washington Street, will be done near its intersection with NM Highway 28 near Gadsden High.
The roadwork will begin on Wednesday, March 20 and is expected to be completed Saturday, March 23.
Flagging operations will be done on NM 225 on both eastbound and westbound lanes.
The contractor will be doing the work from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. to reduce the impact on travel to Gadsden High.
