EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Get ready to dance the night away with the “Fiesta Latina” event in Downtown El Paso.
Hosted by the El Paso Downtown Management District, Fiesta Latina will be from 2 to 9 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 16 in Downtown El Paso, located at the intersection of Texas Street and Mesa Street.
The free event will feature live performances by Team Havana, Sonora Skandalo and DJ Johnny Kage performing salsa, cumbia and Latin music.
In addition to the live performances, there will be the following dance competitions and performances:
El Paso Ballroom Dance Academy performing a salsa dance
Latino dance competition
cumbia dance competition
To enter in the dance competitions, couples can register here. Registration is free.
Food trucks and vendors will be at the event including vendors Los Compadres, Los Cabos Sea Food, Event Linens & More, Nana’s Handmade and Ohh Lala.
