KTSM News – Double digits, storm chances dominate coming week- Your Exclusive 9-Day Forecast

El Paso, Texas (KTSM) — Hello, Sun City! Get ready to say hello to those double digits because they are certainly making themselves comfortable.

Let’s get to it.

Sunday is expected to be the last day we see triple digits as we forecast our high to reach 100 degrees. Additionally, we have a 20% chance of seeing rainfall after 5 p.m. Storm chances are higher closer to midnight.

Sunday’s overnight night low sits at 76 degrees.

Now here comes those double digits!

Monday is forecasted to begin with some partly cloudy skies and a high predicted to reach 94 degrees. Winds will range from 5-10 mph, giving us some very light winds for the day.

Monday evening is forecasted to bring us 15% chance of storms. The catch is: Storms are expected to take place in the early morning hours. Monday’s evening temperature cools off to 74 degrees.

93 degrees is the forecasted high for Tuesday.

Once again, we can expect the day to consist of some cloud coverage throughout the day. There is a chance we will see storm chances in the evening. At this time, rainfall chances remains at 15%.

Wednesday is going to be nice and cool. Weather conditions for may bring us some rainfall sometime in the afternoon sneaking its way into the evening as well.

The high is predicted to reach 92 degrees, making it one of the coolest day out of the week. Wednesday night, we cool off too 73 degrees.

Ninety-four degrees is expected to be our high for Thursday, and we also have a very slight chance we will see rainfall. As we inch closer to Thursday, the possibility of seeing precipitation can increase.

Thursday’s overnight low is expected to sit at 72 degrees. We are getting cooler by the day!

There is a 20% chance we will see isolated storms making way into the Borderland Friday. Rainfall has the potential to begin in the afternoon. Friday’s high can warm up to 93 degrees.

Our overnight low Friday is forecasted to be 71 degrees, one of the coolest nights out of our forecast.

Next Saturday’s weather conditions are predicted to continue the double-digit pattern and storm chances.

The day is expected to warm up to 94 degrees paired with a 15% chance of seeing storms in the morning and possibly the afternoon. Saturday’s evening temperature is 72 degrees.

Sunday brings us humid conditions with a high to warm up to 92 degrees. Sunday night will bring us the coolest temperature in our forecast at 70 degrees.

To put the cherry on top of our 9-Day Forecast, the following Monday brings us sunny skies paired with a high expected to warm up to 93 degrees.
