EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) has named their wanted feature fugitive for the month of June.
Texas’ 10 “Most Wanted” sex offender, Ramiro Manuel Dominguez, 34, is wanted for failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements, according to DPS.
According to DPS, Dominguez has been wanted since Dec. 2023 and the reward for information leading to his arrested has been raised to $3,000.
Dominguez was convicted in Oklahoma in 2012 of first-degree rape of a child and was sentenced to eight years confinement, according to DPS.
In 2012, he was also convicted of domestic assault and battery/abuse in Oklahoma and sentenced to three years confinement, serving concurrently with his eight-year conviction, according to DPS.
DPS describes Dominguez as a man standing at 5-feet-5 inches tall and weighing roughly at 230 pounds. He has tattoos on his face, neck, chest, back and both arms.

DPS says all tips are anonymous and tipsters will be provided a number instead of a name.
