EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — El Paso District Attorney Bill Hicks will be hosting a press conference on Friday, March 22 regarding the implimentation of Texas Senate Bill 4, the District Attorney’s Office said in a press release.
The D.A.’s office says the press conference will be at 3:30 p.m. on Friday at the El Paso County Courthouse.
