EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Traffic is being impacted at Gateway North and Kenworthy after a crash on Wednesday evening, July 9, the El Paso Police Department (EPPD) said.

EPPD said the call came in at 7 p.m. on Wednesday at Gateway North Boulevard and Kenworthy Street.

The turnaround from Gateway South to Gateway North is currently closed, EPPD said.

The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) said all lanes at the US-54 underpass at Gateway South and Kenworthy are closed.

As well, all lanes on Gateway North at Marissa Dr and US-54 North Kenworthy exit 31 are closed, TxDOT said.

Clearing time is until further notice, TxDOT said.

In addition, the Special Traffic Investigations unit is responding to the crash.
