EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The El Paso Police Department (EPPD) is investigating a death on Tuesday, Aug. 12, at Scenic Drive.
EPPD said the call came in at 9:28 a.m. at 1600 Scenic Drive. That is the lookout point at Scenic Drive.
The roadway is closed at this time.
