EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The El Paso Police Department (EPPD)is responding to reports of child abandonment on Thursday morning, Aug. 7, in West El Paso.
EPPD said the call came in at 10:44 a.m. at the intersection of White Cliffs Drive and Belvidere Street.
