EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The El Paso Police Department (EPPD) is responding to a report of a burglary of a vehicle in progress Thursday afternoon, Aug. 7, in far East El Paso.
Police said the call came in at 10:45 a.m. at Richard Allan Drive and Montwood Drive.
