EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The El Paso Zoo and Botanical Gardens are inviting adults in the community to enjoy a beer at their 21+ “Brew at the Zoo” event, on Saturday, September 14, from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. at the El Paso Zoo on 4001 E Paisano Dr.
‘Brew at the Zoo’ will be featuring over 100 varieties of ales, lagers, porters, hoppy IPAs, smooth stouts, and other craft breweries, according to a news release from the Zoo. The Zoo’s Passport and Grassland Cafes will also sell classic beer foods.
According to the Zoo, guests can enjoy live bands, DJs, carnival games, and select animal exhibits, including the Magellanic penguins, sea lions, Taj the Rhino, and the Chihuahuan Desert exhibit.
According to the Zoo, guests must be at least 21 years old and have a valid ID to enter the event. The last entry will be at 9 p.m.
Tickets are available on the El Paso Zoo and Botanical Garden’s website. General admission pre-sale tickets are $38 and $45 for the day of. There are no refunds or exchanges.
Premium tickets are also available for purchase. They include a one-hour early admission, exclusive beer tastings, food sampling, and other goodies for $75 per person.
Proceeds from the Brew at the Zoo will support the El Paso Zoo’s mission to save wildlife through conservation initiatives, education programs, and inspiring people to value nature.
