“This event aims to provide a unique opportunity for the community to engage with our adoptable pets and take advantage of essential services,” said Terry Kebschull, El Paso Animal Services director. “This event is not just about fun, but also about fostering a sense of community and responsibility towards our furry friends.”
Eastlake Animal Clinic will be at the event to provide the following vaccinations with their prices:
Rabies vaccine for both dogs and cats – $24
Bordetella vaccines for dogs – $18
Parvo/Distemper vaccines for dogs – $19

The “Pool Pawty” event will have a dog splash zone, a dog bikini contest, local vendors, food from Backyard Pizza Co., pet massage and reiki sessions, doggy painting crafts, games, music, and more, the City said.
From 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. visitors can take advantage of free dog and cat adoptions through the “Bissell Pet’s Empty the Shelters” campaign, the City said. To adopt from El Paso Animal Services, you need a valid photo ID and be 18 years or older.
