EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — City of El Paso’s Public Libraries will be hosting new pop-up locations for residents to get their Enhanced Library Cards (ELC).
The pop-ups are in collaboration with the El Paso’s County Community Services Department and the Border Network for Human Rights and will be for residents living outside of the city limits to obtain their ELCs, according to the news release by the County.
A press conference will be hosted by the County at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 25 to unveil the locations.
An ELC is a free full-service library card that can also be used as a supplemental form of identification, according to the County.
