EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – A 38-year-old man was arrested Saturday, Aug. 10 in Fabens, Texas for parole violation and possession of a controlled substance, according to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office (EPCSO).
EPCSO said deputies located a wanted subject on Aug. 10 at the 600 block of NE G Avenue in Fabens.
Through further investigation, Jose Rodriguez, 38, was located inside the apartment complex and taken into custody with parole violation and possession of a controlled substance charges, according to EPCSO.
Rodriguez was subsequently booked into the El Paso County Jail and is being held without bond.
