EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – The El Paso Fire Department is on scene of a water rescue in El Paso’s Lower Valley Thursday morning, Dec. 12.
According to El Paso Fire Dispatch, the call first came in as an assistance call at about 4:30 a.m. and later turned into a water rescue. Dispatch says they have been searching for two people.
There have been no transports. This is a developing story and we will update once we learn more.
