EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The El Paso Fire Department (EPFD) is inviting the community to its third annual Fire Fest this Saturday, Oct. 19 at Veterans Park, the Fire Department said in a press release.

The Fire Department says the event is free and will be from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 19, at Veterans Park located at 5301 Salem Dr.
The event will include live music, performances, food trucks, community partner booths, the Sun City Heroes firefighter calendars, a high school firefighter skills challenge, free flu vaccines, a Vitalant blood drive, the What-A-Safe Kitchen presented by Whataburger, local farmers market, the EPFD STAR helicopter landing, local mascots and cheer squads, activities for kids, fire-themed Loteria with prizes, demonstrations by the EPFD and county fire departments, and more.
