KTSM News – EPPD: Male shot at Whataburger in Canutillo

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – A male was taken to a local hospital with unknown injuries after he was shot on Tuesday night, Dec. 10, at a Whataburger in Canutillo, the El Paso Police said.

EPPD said officers responded that Tuesday just before 11 p.m. to the Whataburger located at 7057 S. Desert Blvd., near the Outlet Shoppes at El Paso on a reported shooting.

Upon arrival, officers located a male who was shot. He was then transported to a local hospital. Police did not specify the severity of his injuries.

Police also did not specify the male’s age or what led up to the shooting.
