EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — An 18-year-old man was arrested, and two juveniles were taken into custody and referred to the Juvenile Probation Department, after shooting a man during a home invasion that happened on Sunday, July 14 in West El Paso, according to El Paso Police (EPPD).
According to EPPD, the invasion took place at roughly 9:20 p.m. at the 400 block of S. Mesa Hills on July 14.
Officers were deployed to the scene in reference to a shooting and when arriving at the residence, they found the victim, 18. with a gunshot wound in his abdomen, according to EPPD.
The victim was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Aiden Nathaniel Mosher, 18, was placed under arrest by the U.S. Marshals Lone Star Task Force on Friday, Aug. 9, and booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility for his involvement in the home invasion.
Mosher was charged with burglary of habitation intend other felony (aggravated assault) and aggravated robbery with a total bond of $150,000, according to EPPD.
The two other suspects were a 16-year-old male and a 15-year-old female, who were also charged with burglary of habitation intend other felony (aggravated assault) and aggravated robbery, according to EPPD.
The 16-year-old male was taken into custody and referred to the JPD on Aug. 27, and the 15-year-old female was also referred to the JPD on Sept. 5. according to EPPD.
