Posted on May 24, 2024

Elsa Natalia Baez, 15, went missing on April 28 and was last seen wearing a gray shirt with multicolored stripes, black pants, and a white shirt with white shoes.

Last year, the Texas Department of Public Safety Missing Persons Clearinghouse received 48,008 missing person reports in 2021, and 35 of those were juveniles. Clear Channel Outdoor Americas (CCOA) is providing the month-long public service campaign in recognition of National Missing Children’s Day.

The Texas Center for the Missing (TCM), the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), and CCOA all partnered with EPPD to launch the digital campaign for Baez.
