EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – A fire damaged two travel trailers late Wednesday afternoon, March 6 in Las Cruces, the Las Cruces Police Department (LCPD) announced in a news release.
LCPD says that at about 5:20 p.m. Wednesday, fire crews were dispatched to the 1300 block of McFie Avenue to the report of fire coming from two travel trailers.
Firefighters brought the fire under control withing 30 minutes and crews determined the structures were unoccupied, according to LCPD.
The fire damaged both travel trailers and endangered two mobile homes along with numerous outbuildings. However, no injuries were reported, according to LCPD.
LCPD says the cause of the fire and damage estimates have yet to be determined.
Additionally, the fire temporarily displaced two adults who lived on the property.
