KTSM News – First weekend of September brings sunny skies

Posted on September 6, 2024

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Happy Friday! The Borderland can expect quieter weather conditions for the next few days. This weekend will be a perfect time to enjoy the outdoors without worrying about scattered showers.

The next couple of days will be a nice preview for fall. Sunny skies and light breezes are in store for both Saturday and Sunday with a low of 63.

These below average temperatures will start to slowly climb into the 90s as we begin the workweek. There will still be plenty of sunshine as most days will have highs below 95 and lows ranging in the mid-60s.

By the time we get to Friday, moisture enters the region again with isolated storms and showers expected going into the weekend.
