EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A former coach with a youth cheerleading organization has been arrested and is accused of recording the owners of the group without their consent, according to jail records obtained by KTSM and interviews with the alleged victims.

Christopher Sotelo is charged with two counts of invasive visual recording. He was arrested Saturday, Aug. 30 but has posted a surety bond and is out of jail.
