KTSM News – Friday 9-hour forecast: Quiet weather while hot temperatures surface

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — It’s finally Friday and we’re forecasting another warm day across the Sun City with lighter winds.

Your morning will start a little cooler with clear skies but expect a high of 96-degrees by 3 p.m. Winds will be generally light and breezy at 5 to 15 mph southwest.

Partly cloudy skies are expected later in the afternoon, especially in the areas near the International Border.

Temperatures will be in the lows around the 70s with west winds ranging from 5 to 10 mph and shifting southwest after midnight. Overall, quiet weather conditions will continue this Friday. By noon high temperatures will be mainly above the climatological normal.
